Workshops, Classes or Personal Training - payment by Paypal

If you have checked availability and received confirmation that there is a place available on the workshop or private class you wish to attend - and you wish to book and pay by credit card or direct debit - this can be done within 24 hours of receiving confirmation, via PayPal.

Bookings made for sold-out workshops or unavailable classes times will be refunded.

You will be able to create a PayPal (eBay) account if you don't already have one - or you can pay directly from your bank account or a credit card.

"E-cheques" can be created in Paypal if you do not wish to create a Paypal account or use a credit card - but these can take more than a week to clear, so should not be used if the workshop or class is less than 10 days ahead.

Note that Paypal only accept physical delivery/account addresses, so if you have a PO box address or a forces address (i.e. APO or BFPO) you will probably not be able to use this service (use a BACS transfer instead).

If you prefer to pay a deposit only for a private class, the remainder is payable on arrival (and remains due in the event of a no-show).

All workshop places must be fully paid in advance.

Private classes for personal training are £46 per hour.

If any class is not sufficiently subscribed to be financially viable, all monies (including transaction charges) will be refunded; or carried forward to another class; at your choice.

Where 2 workshops are listed as being on the same weekend, only one will run, depending on the most popular choice. Use the "Add any message for Jacqueline" box on the Paypal Checkout screen to indicate if you would like to attend the other workshop if your selected one is not run.

The cost of a private class includes a maximum of 3 dancers.

All bookings incur an additional Paypal transaction cost of approx 3.5% - as shown below.
After selecting your required class etc., please click on "Add to Cart" below. If you wish to purchase multiple classes etc., click on "Continue shopping" on that screen to return here. Both workshops and regular classes can be added to your cart before making payment, if you wish.

If you are booking for more than 1 person, or more than 1 hour's personal training, then after clicking on "Checkout" on the next ("Your shopping cart") screen, please put the required number in the "Quantity" box in the subsequent ("Paypal order summary") screen.
If the name(s) of the dancer(s) attending are NOT the same as the Paypal name, then on the 3rd ("Paypal Checkout") screen, please use the "Add any message for Jacqueline" button to enter this information. Please use the same button, if booking a private class, to enter your desired date and time.

 Your receipt will be sent by email to the address that you advise to PayPal when setting up your account.
