Each classes is normally followed by a social evening (meal/drinks optional - no entrance fee) at the nearby Dar Marrakech bar in
Edgware Road - class attendees, other students, friends and partners are welcome. All belly dance classes at this venue are
1 hour in length, and cost £12 for drop-in students; or £10 if booked and paid in advance.

Nearest London Underground station - Bakerloo Line - Edgware Road (junction of Bell Street). Note: (see map) There is also an Edgware Road station on the District, Hammersmith & Circle lines, but from that station, you have to cross Marylebone
Road to get to the section of Edgware Road to the north, so allow at least an extra 5 mins for the walk.
Also easy walking distance (15-20 mins) from Maida Vale and Royal Oak tube stations, and Marylebone and Paddington tube and mainline stations.
Buses (Edgware Road) - 6, 16, 18, 98,
139, 332 and 414 - stop about 5 mins walk away.
Plenty of free on-street car-parking on single yellow band after 6.30pm (but take care not to park in "residents only" areas). City
of Westminster College is outside the London Congestion Zone.

Belly dance classes at City of Westminster College in London are only available if sufficient students have pre-booked and pre-paid; so you have to book a class if you want it to happen!
There is no membership fee at this venue.
Regrettably, student concessions are not available.
Make sure you collect a pass from reception on arrival so that you can pass through the building. If you will need to use a locker in the
changing room, you should request an electronic pass.
Our dance studio is room "2 NW6" (2nd floor, NW sector, room 6); the changing room is opposite the studio. Take a lift to the 2nd floor; as you come out of the lift, NW sector is then facing you, on the far side of the landing, through the entrance doors just past the foot
of the stairs.
Before and after classes, Jacqueline is available for questions and general advice. A small selection of CDs, DVDs, hip-belts, bellydance accessories, etc. is usually available for purchase before and after classes; advise Jacqueline in
advance if you have particular requirements; and she will endeavour to bring them along that evening.
Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed on to the college's premises without prior written permission from the college (which is only given for exceptional reasons) and therefore cannot be admitted to these classes.
